Twin Maple Orchards

German Potato Salad

1 quart new potatoes or 2 lbs. cooked, cooled and sliced

½ C of water

½ C of vinegar

1 ½ T sugar

½ t salt

¼ t pepper

Add all over the potatoes.  Garnish with 4 strips of cooked, crispy bacon and green onions or parsley or celery greens.
